Terms & refunds

The calculators are free planning estimates. We show every formula and its source so you can check it. They are not a guarantee: your caterer, venue, bartender or butcher knows your event, and their numbers win. Serve alcohol only to guests of legal drinking age.

Paid spreadsheets are sold and delivered through Payhip as an instant download (Excel, which opens in Google Sheets). You may use a spreadsheet for your own events and your own business's client quotes. Please don't resell or share the file itself.

Refunds: if a spreadsheet doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full. No questions, and you don't need to send anything back.

Mistakes: if you find a wrong number, tell us. We fix it, note the fix and send buyers the corrected file.
